2025 Summer schedule and registration will be posted in January.
To register for our Fall/Winter/Spring programs, visit our Retreats page.
Please Note:
- Before you begin, please see below for policies on payment deadline, eligibility for discounts, church scholarships, cancellation/refund policy, and other registration information.
- Although you can return to an “in process” registration at a later date, in order to complete all the information and reserve your camper’s space, you should have information handy to speed up your process, complete health forms (mandatory for submission of registration), and submit your deposit. Please use the continue, previous, and return home buttons at the bottom of each screen to navigate.
- By submitting your registration you are indicating that you have read and agree to the Fortune Lake Lutheran Camp policies below. In addition, those submitting online registrations agree to receive communications from Camp regarding your registration via the PRIMARY EMAIL ADDRESS for your household in the registration system.
- Church Scholarship forms, if applicable towards the balance of your registration fee, should be completed, approved by church office, and copies provided to church and camp offices ASAP. See additional information below.
- Payment in full is due by June 1 for pre-registrations, including anticipated scholarships. Registrations submitted after June 1 pay in full with registration.
- GRADE: Enter the grade your Campers are currently in and will complete at the end of the 2024-2025 school year (NOT the grade they will enter next fall).
- Summer Camp space is not reserved until we have received your registration, deposit, health form, and (if applicable) Church Scholarship form.
If you have any questions or problems please don’t hesitate to contact our office!
Registration Details & Policies
Deposit:
Deposits are due with registration, per session, and are non-refundable.
- Full Week Youth Camps deposit: $100
- 2- and 3-night Youth Camps: $50
- On Site Day Camp deposit: $50
- Intergenerational Camps: adults $100; youth 4 yrs+ $50 (note: for campers 0-3 years of age, no deposit is required; base fee of $25 is not eligible for discounts)
Canteen Details and Policies:
Deposits for canteen may be paid at time of registration or at check-in. Our canteen includes snacks, beverages, apparel and a variety of assorted merchandise. Campers attend the canteen once daily and items may be purchased at that time.
- Food and beverage items generally cost $2/item
- Apparel and merchandise range from $1-$40
Fortune Lake will not be issuing refunds for unused canteen funds. However, the canteen will be open during camper check-in at the beginning of the week and after check-out at the end of the week. This is a great time to view and purchase apparel with your camper. We recommened putting enough money on your camper’s account to cover snacks and drinks throughout the week; $20-$40 is plenty.
Payment Deadline:
Please Note: Your registration as well as eligibility for discounts is only valid with full payment by June 1.
Payment in full for pre-registrations is due by June 1 in order to reserve your camper’s spot and to be fair to others waiting for available spots. It also enables us to be properly prepared with staffing and facilities. You will have the option of submitting your payment in full with your registration, or making a deposit by credit card now and installments or full payment via credit or debit card by June 1.
Contact officemanager@fortunelake.org with questions.
Registrations submitted after June 1 must be paid in full at time of registration.

Church or Other Scholarships:
Parenst/guardians are responsible for ensuring that any anticipated scholarship to be applied to your account is received at camp by June 1 to reserve your camper’s spot.
Download the Church Scholarship (Camper Payment) Form (or contact us to have it mailed or emailed to you). Promptly complete and sign the form, have your church enter the approved Scholarship amount and sign where indicated, and provide a copy of the form to your church and to FLLC promptly after registering. This ensures that all concerned have the same information for planning purposes.
Be sure the scholarship payment is received by FLLC prior to June 1. If your church scholarship will not be submitted to Fortune Lake by June 1, you are responsible for paying the full registration fee on time and seeking reimbursement of the scholarship amount directly from your church.
Cancellation Policy:
Please contact FLLC immediately if a scheduling conflict arises with your camp session.
- We will work within our means to switch your session to accommodate your schedule. A camper’s deposit and payment can be transferred to attend another camp session, but is non-transferrable to another camper.
- In the event you need to cancel your session at FLLC, please contact us immediately. A refund based on payments received, less the deposit, will be granted. If cancellation occurs less than 2 weeks before the camp session, no refund will be granted.
Your deposit is non-refundable except for the following reasons:
- A medical condition or death in the family prevents the camper from participating in the program. (A written excuse from the camper’s physician may be requested.)
- Camper tests positive for COVID-19 or other communicable disease prior to arrival. Should symptoms of communicable disease appear while at camp, refunds will be pro-rated based on the number of nights camper was on-site.
- FLLC cancels the camp session and cannot find a suitable alternative. A full refund will be issued based on payments received.
- We will not pro-rate fees for late arrival or for attending partial weeks. Departure from the camp program due to homesickness or dismissal for behavior problems is non-refundable.
Health History Forms:
In order to reserve your camper’s spot, as well as allow camp health and kitchen staff to BEST prepare for each session, the Camper Health History Form must be submitted with registration, for all campers. It is advisable to retain a copy, in the event last-minute updates need to be made. Our Health Officer will be available at check-in to meet with families and make note of any necessary updates.
Forms must be completed in the online registration system (some information will auto-fill again this year, for returning youth campers. There is now a simplified health questionnaire online for family campers). Victory Campers complete the Health History Form online, and download/submit a completed Victory Camp Level of Care Questionnaire to complete your registration.
