GROWING IN GRACE VIRTUAL RETREAT: MAY 5-6, 2023
The Growing in Grace VIRTUAL Retreat is an opportunity for folks who are interested in LGBTQIA+ inclusion work both in a broader sense, in their congregations, and specifically at Fortune Lake. Aubrey Thonvold (she/her) is a lifelong Lutheran who is committed to work centered in justice and equity for LGBTQIA+ people and their families within religious and faith communities. With a master’s degree in Transforming Spirituality from The School of Theology and Ministry at Seattle University, she strives to bring people in and invite all to the table. She leads this work at Reconciling Works with a sense of call to this holy ministry.

Price/payment details: $40 fee includes access to all special sessions via Zoom. Full virtual retreat registration payment will be charged when you register. Cancellation requests received by the posted Registration Deadline will be refunded. Registration fees are non-refundable after the Registration Deadline. Zoom link will be provided via email upon completion of registration.

The retreat will feature sessions from both voices within the Northern Great Lakes Synod as well as a representative from Reconciling Works. The retreat will also include time to process in small groups, opportunity for spiritual counsel, and a chance to worship together as a group.
