For Grades 7-12
Technology is everywhere these days, there’s just no way around it. Fortune Lake invites youth currently in grades 7-12 to take a break from screens and join us at camp for an unplugged retreat.
This one night retreat will be held April 22-23 and will feature Bible Studies, games, and camp style activities designed to encourage attendees to disconnect from their electronics and reconnect with the people around them.
Adult chaperones are encouraged to attend. This helps build relationships with your youth outside of your church walls. Please contact the office to begin the registration process and select lodging options: 906-214-2267.

Details
Schedule: Check-in Friday night at 6 pm CST. The retreat will conclude at 4 pm CST on Saturday.
Meals: A snack will be provided on Friday night as well as breakfast, lunch, and a snack on Saturday. Please call the office at least one week in advance to notify us about food allergies and also describe on registration form.
Lodging:
- Youth attendees will lodge in duplex cabins.
- Youth group leaders may lodge in duplexes or in one of our retreat lodges by request.
Please bring: Comfortable weather-appropriate clothing (we will be spending time outside) and footwear, personal toiletries, flashlights, Bibles etc! Please do not bring valuables or personal electronic devices – including phones.
Registration
Cost includes lodging, programming, and meals:

- Fortune Lake welcomes all participants! If cost is a concern, please feel free to contact our main office to discuss scholarships.
Full retreat registration payment will be charged when you register. Cancellation requests received by the posted Registration Deadline will be refunded minus a $25 administrative charge. Registration fees are non-refundable after the Registration Deadline of January 28. This allows camp to do the best planning for staffing, meals and so forth, for the correct number of attendees!
