DESCRIPTION:This year’s event entitled Deeply Rooted: Body\, Mind\, & Spirit will feature all the things you’ve come to expect: yoga\, tai chi\, cooking\, demos\, prayer & devotional experiences\, massage\, and so much more! Once again\, we’ll feature the wisdom and insight of Pam Roose\, Registered Dietitian & Certified Yoga Instructor from Inspiring Roots. \nHighlights\n\nVarieties of styles of yoga\nTai Chi\nOptional massage (for an additional fee)\nDevotions and meditation\nHealthy food and opportunities to help with meal prep\nBelly dance\nCampfires\nNature hikes\n\nFor those 21 years+. Invite your friends and come for the weekend. You’ll be rejuvenated and grow more deeply rooted in all the best ways. Retreat begins on Friday at 6pm CENTRAL and concludes on Sunday at 11am. \n\n  \nLodging\n\n\n\nDuplex\n$150/person\n\nDuplex side\, up to 5 occupancy on lower bunks per room\, with en suite bathroom/shower facilities; no linen service. \nIndicate roommate preference\, if any\, when registering. \nGroups coming together may opt to utilize upper bunks as well for up to 10/side if desired. \n\n\n\nLodge\n$210/person\n(single capacity\, if available)\n\nHigh-comfort retreat lodge rooms\, single occupancy\, includes linen service. \nThis lodging option is now full.
