Experience three awesome nights at camp as a great introduction to Fortune Lake!
Campers sleep in bunk beds in Village cabins with a trained Cabin Leader and a small group of cabin mates. They enjoy the waterfront, create crafts, play group games, have interactive Bible studies, visit the canteen, and sing songs around the campfire. They’ll try new activities, make friends, and gain confidence, all while learning about Jesus! This is a great first taste of camp for those who are gaining independence. They’ll learn to work together with their cabin group, have plenty of fresh air each day, and sleep well at night!
They can come on their own or with a friend… there will be plenty of new friends waiting to welcome campers when they arrive. The program keeps campers moving, and they usually want to try the full week next time!
This program runs concurrently with Villagers, Vagabonds, Venturers, and/or Mash Ups, so it’s perfect for sending sibling groups at the same time. Campers from different programs will occasionally interact at all-camp games and chapel, but they will still have plenty of space to grow on their own.
